Gen-Z Advisory Board: A megaphone to the zoomers voices, is now put to our ears

Over the years, youth has been urging for an honest and transparent dialogue with decision makers. Striving not to be relegated to the sidelines and be excluded from having a say in decisions which could have a direct impact on its future.

The passion of young generations for an honest dialogue is believed to be derived by the situation they were grown into. They have been exposed to countless amounts of information on the detrimental affects of wrong decisions on the health of the world, absorbed the gravity of warnings and became the defining face of #movements that urge for a positive change. They have realized that they don’t want to stand aside and let those warnings become realities which would be forced on them to face. They will do everything in their power to sit around the table of the decision-makers, lead on the issues and arise the most relevant solutions that they believe are relevant to them.

On February 4th, we have made an announcement on the establishment of our Generation Z advisory-board — constituted entirely by young people who enlighten us to the depth of our responsibility to involve their generation is shaping our vision. By fostering a partnership based on trust and transparency, we’re empowering those ambitious individuals and building the room where we listen to their inputs and give them the opportunity to pilot decisions that affect their future.

Our ‘Z-Board’ is a global advisory-board program which establishes a dialogue platform where leaders of youth networks from around the world, come together and build with us in a cooperative and trustful manner a vision for a sustainable future, where we can enjoy delicious and healthy food but also watch the world beyond our tables — continuing to thrive and flourish.
